WAM hoped to profit financially from the success of the opera beyond the usual fee and therefore undertook arrangements for Harmoniemusik (letter dated July 20, 1782, BD 677) and for piano himself. There are no traces of an arrangement for wind instruments. Blomhert (1987) posits that the handwritten version of 16 numbers for wind ensemble à 8 is an arrangement by Mozart.
