Two piano pieces

The Two Piano Pieces, KV 629 were written directly following each other on the same sheet of music paper, but it is likely that they are individual pieces rather than movements 1–2 of a sonata. Mozart’s handwriting, which was formerly mistaken as the hand of Leopold Mozart, indicates that they were composed around 1765. The first of the two short pieces is in B flat major; the second is in E flat major and was never completed but breaks off with a repeat sign at the end of part I.
